Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ydjmedia.com website and any services provided by YDJ Media. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

YDJ Media
Contact: Youri de Joode — youri@ydjmedia.com
Registered address: [address — to be added]
Chamber of Commerce (KvK): [KvK number — to be added] · VAT (BTW): [VAT number — to be added]

2. Our services

YDJ Media provides website design and development, graphic design, video, and advertising services for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project are agreed separately in a quote or written agreement, which takes precedence over general statements on this website.

3. "Free demo" offer

Where we offer a free demo or sample website, the demo is provided at no cost and with no obligation. You are under no obligation to buy. Ownership and final files transfer to you only once any agreed fee for the finished project has been paid in full.

4. Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated in them. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice. Work may be paused for overdue payment.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and code — is owned by YDJ Media unless stated otherwise and may not be copied or reused without permission. For client projects, rights to the final deliverables transfer as set out in the project agreement, typically upon full payment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Liability

This website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, YDJ Media is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites (such as social media). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
